• How do I hang my piece?

  Your sign is like a beautiful painting, but even easier to hang 😎

  You have 3 options:

  Mount it to the wall 

  Hang it from the ceiling 

  Use 3M Stripes

  Alternatively, if you cannot mount or hang your sign we can offer you a stand option. See examples of how to hang your sign here.

• How much is a custom piece?

  Great question 😊 The price depends on your design, the dimensions and the length of the LED tube used to create your masterpiece.

  To find out the exact price of your custom LED Neon Sign, you can submit your design here and we will get back to you ASAP with a custom quote. If if it's urgent, just mention it and we'll do our best to get back to you even quicker.

• Can I hang my piece outside?

  Yes, we make outdoor signs. The sign will be made slightly differently, so it is safe to use outdoors and supplied with a special power supply.

  In this case, we do not provide dimmer as outdoor dimmers do not exist. We recommend that you use it in a place that is as protected as much as possible from bad weather (strong wind, constant rains ...) or vandalism.

  All our signs have a working temperature from -40 to 60 degrees Celsius. Please let us know when making the inquiry if you need an outdoor sign, so we can add this option.

• What will my neon look like in real life?

  Sometimes it is hard to imagine what your neon sign will look like in real life. Or perhaps you're not sure which color you'd like for your sign, you can't decide which will look best in your space.

  Don't worry, we know choosing the perfect color is so important and we want you to be 100% satisfied with your new sign. We've put together the following photos so that you can easily see what your new sign will look like in real life. Keep in mind the color will vary slightly in appearance based on the lighting in the room, bright lights all around will dim the intensity of the color, while a dark room will make them pop!

  Each of our colors come with two options - which jacket or colored jacket.

  White Jacket - If you select the white jacket the tubing will appear white when turned off, the color only showing when lit. The color with the white jacket option will also be slightly less intense.

  Colored Jacket - If you select the colored jacket option then the tubing of your sign will be colored. This means the color when turned on will be more intense and when the sign is off the tubing is still colored.

• What does the warranty cover?

  We offer a 1-year warranty with all our LED neon signs.

  However, this does not extend to any damage that may occur as a result of incorrect installation or physical damage during usage.

  Please contact us if you have any issues with your signs. We'll do our best to find the best solution for you!

• Can I hang my neon outside?
