Each sign comes with clear mounting hardware and instructions. Installation typically takes 10-15 minutes and only requires basic tools.

You have 3 options:
- Mount it to the wall
- Hang it from the ceiling
- Use 3M Stripes

We offer a 2-year warranty with all our LED neon signs. However, this does not extend to any damage that may occur as a result of incorrect installation or physical damage during usage.

No, our pre-made LED neon signs are indoor only but we can make it outdoor compatible if you are wanting to hang your sign outdoors! Let us know via email at [email protected] once you’ve placed your order as your sign will need to be made differently with a special power supply. There may be additional charges, but our team will share this with you via email.

Please be aware that dimmers cannot be used on outdoor products and you should always protect your sign from extreme weather.

Outdoor signs should not be mounted on a metal structure to avoid exceeding maximum temperature.

Every piece is 100% handmade, so we need some time to create them at the highest standard!

In general, it takes 2 to 4 weeks to produce and deliver your beautiful piece after payment. Depending on the demand, we also offer an express delivery option (10-14 business days) for an extra charge which can be selected at checkout.

Our signs are plug and play and come with a power supply that connects directly to any outlet. Each one includes pre-drilled holes and either a mounting kit with advertising screws or a hanging kit with metal wires, making it easy to install yourself.

Everything! Choose from 21 vibrant LED colors, white or colored jackets, multiple fonts, and several backboard styles (hollow-out, cut-to-shape, full board). For logos and illustrations, our team can match Pantone colors or add UV-printed elements for perfect detail. Add-ons like stands, multicolor tubes, or blinking effects make your piece one of a kind.

Your sign is wrapped in protective foam and shipped in custom packaging via DHL, FedEx, or UPS. Shipping is free worldwide (remote locations may incur extra fees). Oversized signs may arrive in multiple boxes. All shipments are insured, and tracking is included.

Customers are responsible for any import taxes their country may require.

Outdoor signs include a weather-resistant power supply and do not support dimmers.

It’s simple plug-and-play:

1. Sign → Dimmer
   
2. Dimmer → Power supply
   
3. Power supply → Wall outlet
   

Total cable reach is about 4.5 meters (2 m + 1.5 m + 1 m). Remote dimmers require batteries. Large or multi-panel signs may include extra connectors.

Absolutely! Just let us know if your sign will be outside, and we’ll make it weather-resistant.

Wipe gently with a microfiber cloth or a cotton cloth with a touch of ethyl alcohol. Avoid excessive liquid, and never spray directly onto the sign. Thanks to CertiLED™, your neon stays cool and low-maintenance. A quick dusting is usually all it needs.

Standard (non-custom) items can be returned within 14 days if unused and in original condition. Custom signs are made just for you and are therefore final sale. If your sign arrives damaged, we’ll replace it—just report it promptly with documentation.

Minor variations in color or finish are normal in handmade pieces and not considered defects.

All signs purchased after November 15, 2022 include a 2-year warranty covering manufacturing or electrical defects. It does not cover installation errors, accidental damage, or any modifications such as hardwiring.

Absolutely. Upload your artwork, illustration, or logo, and our designers will create a custom mock-up. For highly detailed designs, we may combine neon tubing with printed graphics for precision and cost-effectiveness. Pantone matching is available for branding consistency.
