What is the difference between a colored and white jacket?
The main difference is the intensity of the color and the color of the tube when switched off. Colored jacket has a higher color intensity compared to white jacket.
It all depends on your theme, in businesses, the LED signs are part of your branding image and will always be on. If your theme is light/pastel, you can opt for white jacket to not overwhelm the atmosphere and vice versa.

What is the lead time?
Our standard lead time is 2-4 weeks for production and shipping from the date of payment.
Express shipping is 10-14 days at an additional $90.

How to install the sign?
- Our signs are plug and play, it comes with a power supply that you can connect directly to a power outlet.
- You can mount your signs to a surface or to hang from a support. We provide either a mounted kit of advertising screws or a hanging kit of metal wires.

Do you do backlit signs?
Yes we do, just reach out to our team and we can provide you with a quote.

Why is the sign cut in 2 parts? Is it easy to assemble?
For big dimension signs, we recommend cutting into 2 parts or more for ease of transportation and installation. This also impacts on the price sign. If you wish to have the signs whole, our team can help you on the quote. There are instructions included in the box to assemble.

Can you deliver in less than 10 days?
Yes, we can, depending on the complexity and usage of your sign. Indoor and non-UV print signs can be produced in less than 24 hours.

Our signs are produced in Dallas, Texas. We are a Made in USA company.

What is UV print?
Your design is printed directly on the acrylic backing using UV ink that are “cured” or “dried” using UV light, producing a cleaner and nicer finish compared to traditional stickers or ink.
