Head of Marketing & Brand

As a result of our incredible success and growth, we are looking for a Head of Brand and Marketing. Responsibilities include:


- Define a strong Brand strategy that takes YELLOWPOP’s brand to the next level
-Ensuring external communications align with the YELLOWPOP brand.
- Increasing brand equity by acting as the chief storyteller for the brandOrganise a clear marketing plan with key events (collabs / launch retail / pop up etc..)
- Work closely with the design team, ecom and community manager to effectively execute brand marketing campaigns
- Defining key messages and writing a master copy for monthly digital acquisition ads.
- Managing consumer PR.
- Owning PR-agency relationship.

About You: We’d really like to hear from you if you have...

- 5+ years of experience with a D2C brand, retail brand.
- Creative brand marketing expertise: you have previously worked on brands that people love
- Creative thinker and researcher with the ability to carefully develop, improve and communicate the brand, not to reinvent it from the ground up.
- End-to-end experience of building TOV, ideally for a fast-growing, well-known brand.Ability to draw insight and understanding of customers from quantitative and qualitative research.
- Strong analytical skills across the full marketing mix (on-and offline PR, social media, Customer Behaviors, emails).
- Strong copywriting skills.Strong experience in video and photo production.
- Experience working closely with designers. For instance, fine-tuning copywriting to accommodate design templates.
- Outstanding communication skills. Being able to quickly establish effective relationships at all levels (internal and external).
- Strong facilitation skills — ability to lead a team through effective idea generation to collation of output from group work.
- Managed Design/PR/Brand/Product Marketing and communication functions
- English Native (American is a plus)
- Very good eye for design

About This Role

As a result of our incredible success we are looking for a passionate and driven Sales Manager to join our rapidly expanding team in London. Reporting into one of our co-founders, you will be responsible for growing our business to business sales through outbound sales activities and account management of recurring business. This is a newly created role integral to the growth of YELLOWPOP.
Below are some of the exciting things you will be involved with...
Full ownership of B2B sales across inbound, outbound, and recurring.Conducting outbound sales and marketing activities in order to excite and educate new customers about the yellowpop brand and product to achieve monthly revenue targets.Management of the full sales lifecycle from initial contact, to ensuring the customers needs are met, through to closing.Account management of existing / recurring business with a view to maximise sales.Act as a representative for yellowpop at relevant events (webinars, networking events, trade shows) and engage and build relationships with the relevant audiences (interior design, branding agencies, hospitality / retail).Collaborate with the marketing team and be proactive in idea generation in order to produce marketing materials to support with B2B sales growth (presentations, landing pages, videos, case studies).Monitor and measure your KPIs, collating and sharing the data with the relevant teams.Identify and define B2B customer profiles appropriate sales strategies for each.Set up and launch an automated flow for trade account subscriptions (interior design / wedding planning).

About this role

As a result of our incredible success we are looking for an experienced Product Owner / Product Manager to join our rapidly expanding team in London. Reporting into one of our co-founders, you will be responsible for setting the vision and defining the roadmap for all product launches across our websites and app, owning each product from ideation through to delivery.


Below are some of the exciting things you will be involved with...


Own the product roadmap across our websites (.com / .fr / .co.uk), custom app and some back office features.

Manage the product backlog ensuring the correct prioritisation of tasks using Agile and Sprint methodologies.

Collaborate with the founders and teams including ecommerce and marketing to define product features.

Manage a team of developers (front end and back end), an assistant, and a freelance pool of UX and UI designers to ensure the product is delivered on time.

Ensure fully updated and smooth running of our website.

Owner of online merchandising. Ensuring a commercial and visually appealing layout adhering to brand standards and guidelines.

Accountable for increasing key metrics including conversion, search to sales and product catalogue sales.

Running of A/B tests and implementing UX improvements and continually looking for ways to improve the customer experience.


We’d really like to hear from you if you have...


Experience as a Product Owner / Product Manager within an ecommerce company. Ideally with a direct to consumer brand

Strong understanding of customer behavior, UX and UI and a eye for great design

A data driven approach and experienced with reporting tools such as AB Tasty and Google Analytics.

Strong organisational skills and at ease using software such as Monday, Asana, and Trello.

Familiar with AGILE and SPRINT methodology for project management.

Knowledge in HTML, CSS, Shopify, and QA (testing).

A proactive approach with strong initiative and desire to go above and beyond to support the growth of the business

Collaborative with strong communication skills. At ease working alongside senior stakeholders and various teams from Marketing to Software Development.

Digital creative & Motion Designer

About this role...

As a result of our incredible success we are looking for a Digital Creative & Motion Designer to join our rapidly expanding team in London. Reporting into the Head of Marketing & Brand you will be responsible for producing all moving content and creative assets for Yellowpop social media channels and marketing campaigns.

Below are just some of the exciting things you’ll be involved with...

- Designing and developing graphics that fill the brief and are fit for purpose, highly original and in line with brand guidelines and aesthetics.
-Conceptualising emotive and boundary pushing ideas and seeing these through to digital creative concept mock ups through to final execution.
- Producing motion assets as required that pop and highlight the brand. Researching the latest trends, techniques, and technologies to ensure the content we produce continues to push boundaries and excite and inspire our followers. 
- Work with the product team and wider marketing team to ensure assets delivered are in line with Marketing and Brand strategy and delivered on time.
- Conduct analysis of impact of creative assets produced and share relevant data with the business all with the view to continually improve.

We’d really like to hear from you if you have...

-3 - 4 years of experience in motion and creative digital design. Ideally with a direct to consumer / retail brand and / or creative agency.
- A creative and visionary mindset. Able to conceptualise emotive and boundary pushing ideas and see these through to digital creative concept mock ups through to final execution.
- Excellent core graphic design and illustration skills.
- Excellent knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite / Cloud including After Effects.Knowledge of Final Cut, Cinema 4D / Premier highly desirable.
- Super organised and meticulous planner who always anticipates the demand of assets.
- A desire to stay on top of the latest trends, techniques, and technologies to produce content that keeps our customers engaged and inspired.
